Assessment tools to better understand and measure
core competencies, behaviors, and interest of Veterinary
Professionals in Practices, to help ensure we find a Clinic
the ‘pick of the litter’ the first time around.  The right pick
could increase a Practice’s production, ACT and improve the working environment, while a Professional who lacks what it takes to make it at
certain Clinic can cost the Practice time and money.

 
How do we ensure Quality?

Instead of using a website to establish relationships with our Clients, we use it only as a tool, and carefully follow up with every interested party with a phone call or face-to-face meeting to enhance your personal profile.  Our applicant screening process begins with a FREE consultation between the Candidate and one of our staff members to determine a Candidate’s career aspirations and unique abilities.  We follow this up by requesting a resume and cover letter, an extensive list of references (checked by our team), a personal interview with the Candidate and a Compatibility Assessment to help us determine which Clinic a Candidate best fits into.
