Our motive for developing a relationship with you, before you graduate, is that knowing you as a person will help us truly understand your personal and professional interests.  After we find a few practices that meet your qualifications, we’ll brief you on the clinics' and positions' details, and then prep you for your interview with the hiring manager.  Since we have already visited with the owner or practice manager, we know what the clinic is looking for in a new Veterinary Professional and we can help you ask the right questions ranging from benchmarks to help you gauge the health of the practice to judging whether or not you’ll be in an environment with emphasis on mentoring!

Earn what you’re worth!
We know that Veterinary School is not an inexpensive education and with the surplus of practices in need of an high caliber graduate, and the shortage of new Veterinary Professionals, there is often an opportunity to negotiate your contract to help ensure you make what you are worth!  Also, with over 90% of graduates leaving school in debt, we’re happy to provide advice on consolidating those loans!
